5 Foods To Boost Brain Performance

Nature provides us a variety of food for being healthy and nutritious. Among these varieties, there are some food that enhances the efficiency of our brain and memory. Here is some food that help to boost your brain power and memory. 


Oily Fish 
Nowdays, many people are found to be complaining about their short memory. If you are facing the same problem then include oily fishes in your food menu. This kind of fish contains Omega-3 fatty acid which is very useful for your memory as well as your body. Eat at least 2 days in a week if not possible for everyday. 

Egg
Egg can be referred as wonder food. It contains Iron, Iodine, Vitamin B-12. Iron helps to produce red blood cell (erythrocytes) which increases the blood circulation to brain that you can awake for more times. On the other hands, Iodine enhances the problem solving power of your brain. 

Green Vegetable
Can’t think of eating green vegetables? Then change your mind form now on because green vegetables contain Vitamin C and Beta carotene which is very useful for body. Besides there also contains folate which helps to enhance memory. 

Green Tea
Brain have 80% of water! So, must take care of that it always be hydrated. At least have 8 glass of water every day and it will be great if you can have green tea for at least two times a day. Studies found that green tea enhance the mental alertness alongside enhancing memory. Besides, it contains a large amount of antioxidant which lowers the possibility of dementia. 

Chocolate
Chocolate is not only for palate but also very useful for the brain, specially the dark chocolate. It consist flavonoid to better your cognitive skill. Experts believe that dark chocolate helps to produce new neurons. But obviously be conscious about the amount of chocolate you take.
