Baked Hilsa (Ilish)

Recipes of Hilsa fish are the best of both taste and smell! So, you can put some palatable recipes of hilsa in your food menu for rainy season. Today we are going to know a recipe of baked hilsa. 



Inredients: 
• Hilsa fish: 1 piece
• Boiled egg: 4 pieces
• Bread: ½ wbs (pounds)
• Powder of toast biscuits: 1 cup
• Sugar: 1 tablespoon
• Butter (Ghee): 2 tablespoons
• Slices of green chilies: 10 / 12 pieces
• Slices of coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
• Grate onions: 1 cup
• Tomato  Sauce: 2 tablespoons
• Salt to taste

Preparation:
• Cut and divide the head and tail of fish. Now clean and boil it separately.

• Then boil remainder (body) of the fish with salt, tomato sauce and slices of green chilies.

• When water dries up, chill the fish and separate the fish bones. 

• Soak the bread in boiled water of fish.

• Mix the bread and fish properly. Then mix grate onions, coriander leaves, slices of green chilies, sugar, butter (ghee), boiled eggs one by one.

• Now place the head and tail with body to make a full fish in a serving plate.

• Set the layer of eggs on the fish and sprinkle the powder of toast biscuits on it. 

• Bake the fish in oven for about 15 to 20 minutes with 200 degrees of temperature. 

• Serve the hot dish with lettuce leaves!
