Checking your food menu with only vegetables? Then you are going to like this recipe of Mayonnaise Vegetable Salad. You can present your meal without fish or meat curries which will not differ in taste and variety. It’s easy to prepare and tasty as well.
Ingredients:
• Shreds of cabbage: 2 cups
• Tomato (Julian cut): 2 pieces
• Chili flakes: ½ teaspoon
• Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
• Lettuce: 1 bundle
• Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
• Salt: 1 teaspoon
• Shreds of carrot: 1 cup
• Slices of cucumber: 1 piece
• Shreds of garlic: 2 tablespoons
• Mayonnaise: 4 tablespoons
• Mustard: ¼ teaspoons
• Mint: 2 tablespoons
• White sesame (fried): 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
• Clean, shred the vegetables & put it in a sieve to dry up the water.
• Put the vegetables in a bowl when water dries up and smear with all the ingredients except sesame, olive oil and shreds of garlic.
• Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil on a fry pan to heat and fry the shreds of garlic to brown on it. Then smear it into salad properly.
• Spread lettuces on a plate & keep the salad on it.
• Now sprinkle the white sesame on the salad and present!
