Recognize Heart Attack

        Heart attack is a common problem around us now days. Many people indifferent to ages are suffering from it. By following some routine & norms we can save us from this unwanted matter. Here is some facts concerning heart attack to enhance awareness. 
When the blood with oxygen can’t circulate through heart muscles, then heart attack occurs. And if blood circulation can’t be set to normal state soon, then the heart becomes out of service & dead. 



Who is at high risk?
People with these attributes are at high risk of heart attack. 
Smokers
High Blood Pressure
High level of cholesterol in blood
Obesity 
Eating food of fat and high cholesterol 
Less physical exercise 
Diabetes
High level of sugar in blood for insulin 
These attributes remarked here can be controlled. But the aging fact and inheritable history of heart attack are not in our hand, including the woman with high blood pressure at the time of pregnancy which is known as ‘Pre-eclampsia’. 

Symptom
The symptom of heart attack is not same for all, in fact sometimes there is no indication can be seen at all. Study found that one in three persons suffers ‘Silent heart attack’. However some of the common symptoms are stated. 
Chest pain- feeling pressure on chest or pain of different type. The intensity of pain can be so high or mild & lasts for some minute to some hours. Sometimes the pain is similar to the pain of gastric problem. 
Uncomfortable feeling on the upper portion of the body. It may feel either on a hand or both of hands; may also on back, jaw, upper portion of the abdomen. 
Feeling hard to breath or asthma either at the time of chest pain or before it.
Feeling puking. 
Difficulty in sleeping and becoming tired of doing not so hard physical task. 
These symptoms can be observed for a day to a week and symptoms are not same for all. So, be aware of chest pain & take necessary steps immediately. 

What should you do at the time of heart attack?
Obviously call a doctor or take the patient to the hospital as soon as possible. If you seem to have a heart attack, then you should follow some steps. 
Inhale oxygen
Take aspirin tablet
Have nitroglycerin spray
Take medicine to control high blood pressure
Take steps for chest pain
Patient must be taken to the hospital while doing these things. 

After surviving a heart attack 
Take healthy food & practice healthy living as per the instructions of doctor. Eat more vegetables and fruits.
Stop smoking completely
Control high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol
Exercise daily 
And doing these same tasks, you can prevent yourself from heart attack!
